If your item hasn’t arrived, or is significantly different to what was described in the listing or is broken or faulty, you can request a refund up to 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase.

A full refund will be issued for the cost of the item plus postage.

If the item does not fit or you change your mind, we cannot issue a refund. Please choose carefully and read descriptions before you purchase or email us for assistance. We are happy to help you with your online purchase.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your item upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for purchases made with gift cards.

Click and Collect.

We are happy to offer a click and collect service. If you would like to arrange a click and collect, leave us a message at checkout or email hello@reddoorstore.com.au and we will refund your postage fees and arrange a time.

To remain in line with consumer affairs, all click and collect packages must be collected within 7 business days.

Items not collected will be relisted online for sale.
